These Terms govern your use of the Triponaut app (“Triponaut”, “the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Triponaut is a personal travel-itinerary app. It lets you record trips and bookings, import travel confirmations from your inbox, and sync that information across your own devices. Triponaut is an organiser: it does not book, sell or issue travel, and it is not a party to any reservation you make with an airline, hotel, railway or other provider.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter or import.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to break any law.

Always confirm critical details — departure times, gates, check-in windows and cancellation deadlines — with the original provider. Triponaut is a convenience, not the source of truth for your bookings.

Availability

We work to keep Triponaut reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Because the app is offline-first, your saved itineraries remain available on your device even if sync is temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triponaut and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including missed connections or bookings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Third-party services

Triponaut integrates with third-party services (for example Supabase, PowerSync, and — if you connect them — Gmail or Outlook). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

AI-generated and AI-assisted content

Parts of Triponaut have been created with the help of artificial intelligence. This applies to source code and written text as much as it does to visual assets such as icons, illustrations, images, screenshots, mockups and other design and marketing material.

We say this in the interest of transparency and in line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU Artificial Intelligence Act). Any image, audio, video or text in the app that appears to show real people, places or events should not be taken to do so unless the app says so explicitly.

Content produced with artificial intelligence can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triponaut and its developer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from AI-generated or AI-assisted parts of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page, with an updated date above.
